Goals for a month

My visions will be clear only when I can look into my own heart. Who looks inside, dreams; who looks outside, awakes.
For the month I'm in the camp GLPS, I have set three goals.
I will try to keep my goal.
I will eat healthy.
I will study hard.
I will exercise usually.

To eat healthy, I will first stop eating instant snacks. When I eat snacks, I intend not to eat my meal. So to have healthy foods, I will stop eating snacks.
Moreover, I will eat all the food on my plate. I won't leave any food. The food on my plate is the result of the consideration of the teachers to keep students healthy.
The most important thing is to eat regularly. Regular eating is the best eating habit.

To study hard, I will first clean my surroundings. And then, I will concentrate on what I'm doing. And when I start studying, I will sit down and start working. I won't take my butts off the chair.

To exercise usually, I will reduce time spending on playing computer games. And then I will    go to the gym when I have a free time. In addition, I will walk instead of going by car.

So these are the goals I want to achieve this year.
